Johannes Tomana
Ray Goba has been appointed acting Prosecutor-General while Tomana is on suspension.
The commission will be chaired by retired judge Moses Chingengo.
Tomana has been accused of abuse of office. He refused to prosecute a high profile case of rape involving a ZANU (pf) member of parliament and then went on to refuse to issue a certificate to allow private prosecution until forced to do so by the Supreme Court.
He also refused to prosecute a ZANU (pf) connected business woman who was alleged to have defrauded a telecommunications company.
