The organisation’s deputy chair, Headman Moyo and its harare executive member, Wayne Bhila were also granted bail of $300 by the same magistrate.
The men are accused of undermining the authority of the president. Last week the war vets issued a statement in which they accused president Robert Mugabe of being a dictator. They asked him to step down.
The war vets were represented by the lawyers for human rights.
