We want a free, and fair election. First there must be a Transitional Authority for five years and the Electoral Commission must not be chosen by picked by the President alone… the significant opposition must contribute 50 % of the members of the Commission
The Army must not be involved at all in the Plebsite.
The Transitional Authority should be in place within the next three (3) months.
