Zim properties on show in London

LONDON - Southern Africa's property landscape will be showcased here next month by Seeff Properties. The portfolio to go on show includes joint ownership opportunities in South Africa and Mauritius, game farms in Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana and several golf estates.
Samuel Seeff,

chairman of the company, reports continuing tremendous interest from the UK in the Southern African property market. “This is evident particularly in Ireland, which has seen an economic boom in the last few years – so much so that we are considering taking the Seeff exhibit to Dublin in late September. We held a smaller one-day property expo in London in May – and sold 30 out of 42 units in a new development in Woodstock. Most of these were sold to South African ex-pats who plan to return to live here one day or to visit, and who want to get into the property market here,” he said.
