“He says he is now tired and has seen better days hence should retire at the end of this year,” a member of the Ndlovu family said on condition of anonymity. “He wants to concentrate on businesses and has also expressed some interest in taking up coaching.”
Ndlovu recently declined to discuss his plans saying “I am not announcing anything now” when contacted by The Zimbabwean.
Another source, a Zimbabwean player based in South Africa, also confirmed the Bulawayo-born soccer star has been occasionally talking about quitting the game at the end of this year. – Sports reporter
