CAPS FC 1-0 CAPS United

HARARE – Embattled CAPS United suffered another embarrassing 1-0 defeat at the hands of arch-rivals CAPS Football Club in a premiership encounter played at Dzivarasekwa on Saturday.
A solitary strike by Tawanda Muyendi was enough to see CAPS FC collect the three maximum points from the o

therwise impressive CAPS United.
The two teams anticipated the share of spoils until the 51st minute strike by Muyendi that gave the former Buymore Football Club the much awaited victory in this derby encounter.
CAPS United, who were dumped by head coach Moses ‘Razorman’ Chunga two weeks ago for alleging that the former Warriors captain was not winning important matches in order to enhance Dynamos’ chances, received the shock of their lives when humiliated at Dzivarasekwa.
The defeat meant that CAPS United are out of the 2007 premiership championship race whilst CAPS FC have brightened their chances of escaping relegation at the end of the season.
