He was speaking at the weekend during the Financial Mail Medium-Term
Budget briefing titled, “The Human Spirit is Quite Extraordinary.
“There is all this talk of Zimbabweans coming in, but if you meet many
of them you will meet a lot of professionals and skilled people,”

one but that a less agitated approach was needed and a skills balance
