ANC is real culprit in xenophobic attacks

The attacks on foreigners in South Africa, in which more than 40 African immigrants have been killed by mobs, and tens of thousands forced to flee back to their countries, are appalling, but should not be unexpected, writes Charles Onyango-Obbo in The East African, Nairobi.
