Judith Ngwenya, the organising secretary, introduced those present from branch level up to provincial level. Jennifer Moyo, the Chairlady, introduced the guest speaker Raphael Lupafiya and the deputy ambassador Emily Madamombe.
The meeting elected the following office-bearers: Vice Treasurer – Eva Nyahunzvi, Vice Information and Publicity – Lorna Chivandire, Committee Members – Tendai Kazingizi and Judith Chiramba.
The evening finished with fundraising activities, £60 was raised. Â
