Mugabe is illegitimate

He was defeated constitutionally. He killed opposition voters brutally and savagely. Robert Mugabe cannot remain President because he was legally defeated. Mugabe continues to abuse the Lancaster House Constitution which was written under British and International supervision. Mugabe and his military junta should be removed if they fail to negotiate.
