Parliament and all: Please stick to the secret ballot for all crucial decisions.
That old man used to terrorise his own people, even his own ministers and party members through an open show-of-hands voting and other sinister procedures of that sort. The threat of retribution was a psychological tool used all too often by this wily despot.
You will be surprised at how many of his own ministers you will have on your side, on the side of reason and on the side of the Zimbabwean people!
A small detail, but it makes a world of a difference.Take heed!
