Cell phones are not a luxury, we rely on them for our daily business. Tel One are not installing new land lines or fixing damaged equipment.

Cells not a luxury
EDITOR - Cell phone tariffs have gone up again and yet we are in poverty. We can't afford basics for our children and we queue for days to get what little cash we can.
