Botswana: Moorad assumes IDEA directorship

GABORONE - The Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security, Mr Mustaq Moorad has been appointed to the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) as its Regional Director responsible for Africa and the Middle East.
