Tanzania: Car theft ring rocks Dar as Nai raises a sound alarm

As Kenya reported this week that an international crime ring has been stealing an average of 10 vehicles a week from its major cities and towns and smuggling them to central and southern Africa via Tanzania and Uganda, Tanzanian police have responded to the crime wave with a vow to stop the ringleaders behind the racket.
