Zambia: Xavier Chungu surrenders

FUGITIVE former Zambia Security Intelligence Service (ZSIS) director general, Xavier Chungu, yesterday flew back into the country and handed himself to the police who later formally arrested and charged him for the initial contempt of court for having jumped bail on June 1, 2004.
