The way forward is now very clear the unity talks have failed and a
different approach is to be embarked on  quickly. The United Nations should form
a Transition Authority which should be mandated to pave way for presidential
elections under international supervision.. There is a definite need to bring in
a UN Peace Keeping Force to dismantle ZANU PF command centres throughout the
country as ZANU PFÂ dead Elliot Manyika had completed the restructuring for more
fire -more violence. Recommendations from International Crisis and others
already put forward should be considered for the implementation of this
