Bingu warned against creating his laws for Malawi polls

Malavi People's Party (MPP) president Uladi Mussa who was recently arrested for allegedly following President Bingu wa Mutharika's convoy says Malawi ruler  must avoid creating his own laws so that the May 19 elections is free and fair.
