UDF director of research Humphrey Mule confirmed that the party leadership will meet the AU delegation.
We don't know the agenda. We suspect two months away before the polls
with bad terrain which has happened with elections in Kenya and
Zimbabwe their mission is preventive measures. It's track-two
diplomacy; to avert post election crisis.Election is not an event it's
a process; one has to look at the process; how is it taking place,
said Mvula.

opportunity to explain to AU on lack of leveling the playing field by
Malawi electoral body.
We will express our disappointments with the way MEC is sidelining stakeholders in managing the electoral process, he said.

civil society. They are expected to be in the country for the assignment
for five days.
