The tournament, scheduled for Grootvlei Sport Academy fields from November 20 to 22, will also feature teams from Botswana and Namibia.
The three teams will be joined by eight teams from South Africa.
“The tournament is an opportunity to expand the women’s game, this is a great initiative and I support it wholeheartedly, said BBRU general manager Andre Both.
Sevens rugby looks certain to be included in the Olympic Games and the tournament will provide women’s teams from the region an opportunity to gauge their strengths and weaknesses before the London Olympics in 2012.
