Dube clinches US deal

BULAWAYO Thamsanqa Dube, the reigning World Boxing Association Pan African heavyweight champion, has clinched a two year lucrative deal with a United States based stable.

In a recent interview, the Bulawayo based pugilist said the deal marks a huge turning point in his career. Dube has not had a fight since winning the title in April last year. I am positive that I will hold my own at the stable. This development will advance my career in a number of ways, he said.

Dube has already agreed terms with the International Championship Boxing and has undergone the necessary medical tests . He is now in the process of seeking a visa to the USA. He however could not be drawn into revealing the financial details of the deal but insisted, The deal offers good financial for both parties.
