ZIMBABWE-born rugby player Tendai Beast MtawariraMtawarira, who recently told reporters recently that his heart was in South Africa, is among the top 20 players that have been offered contracts by the Springboks. If he maintains his form, he will be part of the South African national team going to next years Rugby World Cup. The former Peterhouse student is among some of the high profile players who have switched allegiance to South Africa. Tonderai Chavhanga was the first Zimbabwean to do so in the late nineties.
