In a residents’ meeting held at the City Hall on Saturday, Sen. Coltart also said that by the third term, this year, the ministry of education in conjunction with UNICEF will make available education material for all primary schools. He added that conditions of service are still being looked into so as to attract teachers in the neighbouring countries.
