Motor Action to maintain lead

soccer_ballHARARE - Motor Action head coach, Joey Antipas, will be hoping his troops prolong their lead by winning their next fixture against Kiglon in week six of the 2010 premier soccer league this weekend.

The boys need to keep focused. Having played five games and win them all is a good thing but there are 25 more to play; it is important that we keep focused and working hard. We are happy to be on top and we intend to stay there, said Antipas.

The Mighty Bulls have so far won all of their five matches, which earned those 15points for a sweet lead ahead of all former champions such as Gunners, Monomotapa, Dynamos, Highlanders and Caps United.

Their closest competitor is DeMbare who are trailing behind with 12 points with a game in hand.

Week 5 PSL Results: Motor Action 3-0, Eagles 1-1 Kiglon, Bantu Rovers 0-0 FC Victoria, Monomotapa 0-1 Douglas Warriors, Shooting Stars 0-0 Black Mambas, Hwange 0-2 Dynamos, Lengthens 0-5 Gunners, Caps United 3-1 Highlanders.
