Bulawayo- Councillor Reuben Matengu of ward 16 in Tshabalala has told residents not to blame the liquor retailers for the crimes that are committed near bottle stores. Matengu was responding to concerns raised by the residents who say a certain retailer known as Chicken Corner is helping in the preparation of crimes in the suburb.
