It is our hope that the information provided will be useful to our constituency of readership, particularly the leaders at the local level and civil society practitioners, in informing and shaping their choice of developmental objectives and initiatives.

Bulawayo- Tertiary students have been urged to advocate for the eradication of the cadetship scheme and campaign for the return of the students grants. The Member of Parliament for Bulawayo East, Thabitha Khumalo, urged students to fight for their rights and recourses as they are the leaders of tomorrow. In a meeting organised by the Students Solidarity Trust, Khumalo said that the government mustnot charge exorbitant fees without considerable means to assist in payment.
