Bulawayo- The Minister of State in the Prime Ministers office, Mr Gorden Moyo has castigated the slow pace of construction at the Joshua Mqabuko airport in Bulawayo. In a media briefing after touring the construction site for the new terminal, Minister Moyo said there is need for the contractors to speed up the pace of construction adding that the airport structure was already behind schedule.
-Participants in a Transitional Justice Interface meeting organised by Bulawayo Agenda, came up with resolutions to ensure national healing in Zimbabwe. They said there is need to identify the causes of political violence and ensure that these are addressed for true national healing to take place. It was recommended that atrocities that occurred in Matebeleland are included in the education system for future generations to know what took place during the Gukurahundi.
