Plumtree- Residents are mourning the death of Councillor Bule, of Somnene Area in Bulilima East, who was buried yesterday. The late councillor has been praised for being forthright with the local authority on corruption. Residents expressed their concern over the scandals that were unearthed by the late councillor saying that the investigations will be stalled by his death. The Bulilima East Council is allegedly involved in the disappearance of the funds donated by a Non Governmental Organisation for the purchase of cattle for community benefit.
