Last week M-Net made a dramatic announcement confirming that the show is set to be a full fledged all stars version, featuring some of the most unforgettable, outspoken, entertaining housemates of previous editions!

But just who are they? That is still a secret that remains to be seen!

Big Brother All Stars will see 14 housemates from 14 African countries come together to compete 24/7 for 91 days in the search for the ultimate winner prize – USD 200 000, watched by audiences on DStv channel 198.

Biola Alabi, M-Net Africa Managing Director, was pleased to make the news public.

“We want to thank fans of the show for being so patient with us, she said We’re completely excited about this show and have wanted to announce the full name of the series for some time but given the logistics required on a show like this, we’ve waited until today to announce the full title of the series: Big Brother All Stars.

It has also been announced that Jamaican dancehall mega artist Sean Paul is set to make an appearance during the launch. M-Net has confirmed that the Grammy award-winning artist will perform three of his popular songs tonight as 14 housemates make their way into a brand new Big Brother house.

The mission. to take on a 91 day reality journey in the search for a winner takes all grand prize of USD 200 000!

Since his breakout 2002 hit Gimme The Light, the talented performer has been hard at work releasing four albums in quick succession: from the success of his multi-platinum Grammy winning classic album Dutty Rock, to the launch of the 2005 RIAA platinum smash The Trinity, to his latest offering Imperial Blaze, the Kingston born singer has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide and has collaborated with hip hop stars like 50 Cent, The Clipse and Busta Rhymes in the past.

Now that he is jetting in from Casablanca where he is currently touring, to perform at the Big Brother All Stars launch, the 91 day reality super-series is set to get off to a spectacular start!
