Bearing in mind that ZBC are demanding the unbelievably huge sum of US$30 for a car radio licence and US$50 for a TV licence, and all the programmes are of such substandard content.
It would be perhaps more acceptable if a discount was given for pensioners, or at least charge US$10 for car radio licence. My husband and I are both retired and, like the majority of Zimbabweans, living on the bread line.
