“It was just amazing. At first I didn’t believe it, it only sunk in when I actually started rehearsing with him (Beenie Man). When it finally happened, it was one of my best moments,” said the soft spoken songstress. The Urban Grooves songstress said her name was suggested when Beenie Man wanted a female singer to co-perform with him on three of his songs at the Old Hararians Sports Club gig.
Cindy gave a mouth watering five star performance hitting all the right notes when she sang side by side with renowned Jamaican King of Dancehall on Feel It Boy, Gels Dem Sugar and Dude which initially featured American divas Janet Jackson, Maya and Shona respectively.
She confessed having goose bumps but knew she had to up her game, which she did to perfection. Cindy also gave an ecstatic opening act at the Real Deal gig.
