Yesterday afternoon, police refused to grant clearance for the march. Bulawayo Progressive Residents Association (BPRA) responded by seeking a high court order. The order was handed to the police a few moments ago and the march is going ahead as scheduled. As we speak more than 300 residents are gathered at the ZESA western region offices to air their grievances to ZESA management and are about to hand over their petition to ZESA officials.
