Bulawayo residents say they have borne the brunt of poor service delivery for too long and will express their displeasure tomorrow regardless of the police threats. The police clearance forms were sent to Bulawayo Central Headquarters at Southampton building on Tuesday 12 October 2010 but police only notified the association today that they will not grant clearance for the march. Meanwhile, BPRA through Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights has sent an urgent High Court application for the march to go ahead.
