Brian Sedze, CEO and Manhando, GM have resorted to victimising, insulting, dismissing employees for minor issues instead of concentrating on improving the collapsing company. Four employees have been victimized and dismissed. Full time employees are being turned into contract staff.
We urge the Minister to intervene.
The company bosses are looting companys property and misappropriating company funds. A companys generator was removed from Kingstons Branch in Borrowdale to the home of a top executive. The Branch has since purchased a new one. The bosses are living lavishly at the expense of workers and have acquired pieces of land in Crowhill using company funds.
