Three ZINASU leaders appear before a Harare Magistrate

The case has been further remanded to the 6th of December to allow Tafadzwa Kutya to recuperate from injuries he sustained in a car crush. The case has been further remanded to also allow Archford Mudzengi who is in remand prison in Bulawayo to also attend court.

Court summons dated 11th November indicated that the prosecution was ready to start trial in this matter today. The five were removed from remand by a Harare magistrate on the 23rd of August after all the state witnesses had failed to appear in court to testify.

The Students Solidarity Trust (SST) continues to support student victims of human rights violations. The continued dragging of these students in and out of court has a negative impact in their learning hence the need to see justice delivered in the quickest possible time.
