The police are looking for other four councillors, Bernard Nyamande of ward 1, Standford Mwela, ward 2, Nkululeko Nyoni, ward 9 and Taruvinga Makoti, ward 10. Councillor Chilewete is still in police custody at Victoria Falls Police Station.

Paulos Chilewete, councillor for ward 5 in Victoria Falls was arrested on Thursday on spurious assault allegations.Police in Victoria Falls are accusing Councillor Chilewete of assaulting Victoria Falls mayor, Nkosinathi Jiyane at a development meeting at the Victoria Falls Community Hall on Thursday.
