Police block another BPRA meeting

The police said they would not allow residents to hold the workshop because they informed them late that they would be holding such a meeting. In the meantime, BPRA is trying to find means to ensure that the workshop goes ahead as planned. The association is worried that the blocking of the workshop is part of calculated moves by the police to undermine freedom of association and assembly in the wake of possible elections later this year.
