The tournament that will run from May 2 to May 7under the theme “New in Time, New in Kind” will see the Botswana Under-19, Zambia Under-19, Nigeria Under-16 and an Under-16 side from Kenya joining the party.
A total of 156 schools around the country, including rural schools from Mahusekwa, Chihota Communal Lands, Bindura and Seke Communal Lands, will showcase their talent in the wild game played by gentlemen. It will also be about ladies as six girls teams are to grace the tournament for the first time in 13 years. Their scheduled three matches will be divided into 12 minutes for each half.
