HARARE - Hundreds of fans posted derogatory messages on Alick 'Extra Basso' Macheso's facebook wall. They threatened to stop buying music of the self-proclaimed King of Sungura, following the alleged addition of his third wife, and likened him to an apostolic madzibaba and Swaziland's King Mswati IV.

[Macheso]. I tell u this is the end of your career. Godwin Mtedza poured scorn on the sungura maestro saying, You want to
take another wife Razor [Macheso]? So from now on we will call you madzibaba or King Mswati IV?
Anotida Muyedziwa cautioned Macheso over HIV and AIDs, saying, Gone are the days when we used to say, ‘a bull is seen by its scars’, these days you die of AIDs. This is the time to fight against AIDs.
