Toxic parastatals

EDITOR - Most parastatals are a waste of taxpayers money. They are badly managed and their service leaves a lot to be desired. Quite a number of the workers were recruited on patronage and not on merit. The employees are labelled civil servants, suggesting that the top brass wine and dine while the rest wallow in poverty.
