The three-time event winner will share his experiences and give tips ahead of the world-famous race at that venue.
After winning the Two Oceans Marathon during the Easter weekend, veteran Muzhingi approaches the event as a firm favourite, having dominated it between 2009 and 2011 and having recently scooped Gold at the Two Oceans Marathon.
Returning Russian Leonid Shvetov is however the biggest threat to aspirations of a fourth Comrades crown.
Shvetov, an Olympic marathoner and winner of the Comrades’ 2007 and 2008 editions, is the event’s record-holder, after clocking 5hr 20min 49 sec in the first of his two victories.
The anticipated rivalry between the Muzhingi and Shvetov has seen the event, slated for June 3, being dubbed the “Rumble in the Jungle.”
