Both foreign and local exhibitors who spoke to The Zimbabwean said they had received good responses and had sealed money–spinning deals during the three day event.
Addressing journalists during the last day of the Mine Entra, ZITF Company Chairman, Bekithemba Nkomo, said 272 exhibitors participated at this year’s edition, compared to the 209 who participated last year.
“Although business was slow the first day because of electricity problems, it picked up during the rest of expo. Our participation has offered us an opportunity to network with various big and upcoming mining companies,” said Patrobes Mugadza, Sales and Administration Manager of Chaferfly Engineering.
