INDUSTRIALS
The industrial index was down 0.41 points (0.27%) to settle at 148.83 points. BAT (BAT.zw) eased 50 cents to 400 cents, AFRE (AFRE.zw) retreated 0.20 cents to trade at 5.10 cents and ZECO (ZECO.zw) was down 0.19 cents to 0.01 cents. AFRICAN SUN (ASUN.zw) lost 0.15 cents to trade at 0.80 cents and ECONET (ECO.zw) dropped 0.13 cents to close at 479.96 cents.
Loses were offset by gains in PPC (PPC.zw) which rose at 1.01 cents to 206.01 cents. AICO AFRICA (AICO.zw) was up a cent to trade at 9 cents and RTG (RTG.zw) gained 0.10 cents to settle at 2 cents.
MININGS
The mining index rebounded 0.62 points (0.95%) to close at 65.67%. BINDURA (BIND.zw) added 0.07 cents to trade at 1.27 cents. FALGOLD (FALG.zw), HWANGE (HCCL.zw) and RIOZIM (RIOZ.zw) were unchanged at previous trading levels.
