INDUSTRIALS
The industrial index gained 2.92 points (1.58%) to close at 187.68 points. AFDIS (AFDS.zw) added 4.01 cents to settle at 20.01 cents, ECONET (ECO.zw) pushed up 3.90 cents to 76.10 cents and DELTA (DLTA.zw) rose 2.51 cents to trade at 115.01 cents. MEIKLES (MEIK.zw) advanced a cent to trade at 24 cents and AFRE (AFRE.zw) was up 0.49 cents to 7.99 cents.
However, DZLH (DZL.zw) eased 0.50 cents to 29 cents. BARCLAYS (BARC.zw) and MEDTECH (MMDZ.zw) retreated 0.02 cents to 3.10 cents and 0.03 cents respectively. OLD MUTUAL (OML.zw) was down 0.01 cents to trade at 201 cents.
MININGS
The mining index was unchanged at 68.45 points. BINDURA (BIND.zw), FALGOLD (FALG.zw), HWANGE (HCCL.zw) and RIOZIM (RIOZ.zw) were unchanged at previous trading levels.
