Thamsanga Mahlangu
A close family member told The Zimbabwean that Mahlangu died this morning at Hillside hospital in Bulawayo where was undergoing cancer radiation therapy treatment.
The former deputy minister of Youth and Indigenisation was admitted at the health centre three months ago after developing a rare and aggressive form of cancer on his right cheek.
Mahlangu was last year one of the nominees of the Zimrights sponsored outstanding MP of the year.
The MP has initiated numerous developmental projects in his constituency.
Burial arrangements are still to be announced.
