Appeal against her acquital dimissed … Beatrice Mtetwa
Mtetwa was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice about two years ago when she allegedly blocked police officers from arresting MDC-T officials. She was to be cleared by a magistrate who said evidence produced in court did not constitute and offence.
But Tomana’s office appealed to the High Court, arguing the lower court had “erredâ€.
