The purpose of this report is to place in the public domain important information with regard to the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) which is neither well documented nor publicised, this information is not well documented because, due to lack of funding, our analysis lacks sufficient depth while those with access to funds either lack the technical skills or political will to address the issues illustrated in this report.
