Early Warning Report II – Intimidation
The Zimbabwe Peace Project (ZPP) issued an early warning report in August 2017, focusing on use of rhetoric that incites violence, this has sadly not abetted as more incidents are being recorderd which are taking a tribal and ethnic dimension.
