Mushaninga breaks into male dominated sport

Fungiraiyini  Mushaninga is Zimbabwe's first female qualified Arbiter after taking part in the Arbiters seminar which was held in Batumi, Georgia in Hilton Hall. She made the country pround by becoming the first lady to be a Fide Arbiter-Elect.

She also had an examination on the trainers workshop which was held online sometime in June and she is now  National Instructor who is also fide certified. This means that she os now an FA-Elect and National Instructor. She was the ladies captain for the Zimbabwe team which took part at the Chess Olympiads sometime from Spetember to October 5, 2018.

This is a milestone achievement to the lady in a male dominated game. An Engineer by profession at Econet Wireless. She seems to hve broken new ground for the ladies in chess. Certainly more is to come. Wish more Titles and achievements in the chess circles.
