The platform, which is accessible via iOS, Android and web applications, allows motorists to access and pay for services remotely using smartphones or computers. A dedicated USSD option is also available for those without smartphones.
ZINARA said the system offers motorists a more convenient way to manage payments.
“Through the platform, motorists can handle toll fees and top-ups through direct payment of toll fees and topping up existing prepaid tolling cards or accounts,” ZINARA said.
The platform also facilitates vehicle licensing, ZBC radio licences and third-party vehicle insurance, including combined renewals.
ZINARA said users will be required to complete basic Know Your Customer verification to access all features, which involves uploading identification documents directly through the application.
