Best club I played for: I made a name and achieved my success at Caps United, although my heart was always with Arcadia United, where I started my professional football career.

My Best teammate: At club level, Abdul Karim Abdul was a complete player, and at national level, Stanford “Styx” Mtizwa remains the best.

My Best stadium: Rufaro tops; the atmosphere, the fans and everything else.

My Best coach: That late German man, Reinhardt Fabisch remains my best mentor. Not only was he well-organised, but he also was a great motivator.

My Best season: In 1992 I was on top of my game and in top form. That remains the most memorable season for me.

Best player to evolve in the country: Former Arcadia United’s stylish former midfielder, Herman Hendrikse. He inspired me to play football with his great skills.

My Best opponent: Clayton Munemo, while still playing for Ziscosteel.

My Best coach’s message: After I had succumbed to a serious knee injury in 1994 and was told by the doctor that I wouldn’t play football again, Fabisch advised me what to do. Not only did I play again, but I also joined Dynamos and won the league with them.
